The 35th Annual Fort Hays State University
Math Relays Event
has crossed the finish line!

Math Student

The Mathematics & Computer Science Department at Fort Hays State University held the 2013 Math Relays on the university campus November 14th, 2013. Six different events were "run" for students from 9th through 12th grade covering topics such as number sense, calculating with calculators, and trigonometry in which over 2000 tests were completed by individuals and teams.  The faculty and staff of our department would like to thank all participating school districts (students AND sponsors) attending the 2013 Math Relays.  Don't forget to view this year's excelling individual students, teams, and schools by viewing the 2013 Relay Results (see the Past Winners link above.)

Don't forget to set aside November 13th, 2014 for next year's Relay Event.  Space is limited, so sponsors need to look at this site again in late September 2014 for entry information.

As always, if you have questions, feel free to contact us at (785) 628-4240.

Important:

Many of the links in the sponsor and entry areas take you to documents which require the use of Adobe Acrobat Reader. A free browser plug-in is available for both Macintosh and Windows Operating Systems at

http://www.adobe.com/reader/

If you have an older version of the Reader program, you may need to update to a more current version in order to open the documents. The above link should help you update to the most recent version.
