The faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science is
committed to teaching excellence, promoting an environment for learning
to take place, as well as pursuing scholastic growth, individually
and as a department. Faculty members openly share their beliefs, attitudes,
insights, and knowledge with students. They are always there when
students need help. It is also their expectation that inherent in
this student-teacher relationship is the students' responsibility
to participate actively in the learning process.
This
group photo of the MACS Department staff/faculty was taken Spring
of 2002 in front of the old campus entrance sculture sign before it
was moved and replaced by the current sign. Members of the department
