Dr. Vengrouskie is an Assistant Professor of Management and Marking teaching on the campus of  Sias International University, Xinzheng, Henan Province, People’s Republic of China. His industry experience includes over 25 years of mid-senior level management and leadership within the Department of Defense, Fortune 100 corporations, and a number of small entrepreneurial start-ups. In addition he spent nearly a decade working in the Middle East, where he was an accomplished project leader for McDonnell Douglas Aerospace and the Boeing Company. Dr Vengrouskie previously served the United States with distinction as a career Aviation Officer in the United States Army. His home town is Georgetown Texas. He is married to Rachel (Hays) Vengrouskie and they have one son Chad, who is a Contracts Manager for Phillip-Chevron, Spring, Texas.
