Professor Gabel is an Assistant Professor in the College of Business and Leadership with the primary responsibility of teaching one of the College’s core courses: Business Law I. Professor Gabel is licensed to practice law in the State of Kansas and continues to practice in the areas of estate planning and business law. He has a keen interest in current events and politics, and enjoys reading in his spare time, including these recently read books: The Great Influenza, The Fountainhead, and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. On his reading table now is Teaching at the People’s University, a gift from the Provost to all new faculty members of 2007.
