The Management Development Center at Fort Hays State University has a simple mission which is to help your organization be successful through the development of people that improve organizations. Our primary avenue for connecting people and organizations to our services are through workshops offered on campus, virtually, or your facility. These workshops are designed based on sound management theory and delivered in a practical, applied method allowing the learner to immediately employ the newly learned knowledge in the workplace.
