Customized Training Workshops Designed with Your Organization in Mind

Whether you choose to bring one of the Management Development Center's existing workshops to your organization or have our experts create a program based on your unique needs and requirements, you will discover that all of our dynamic, flexible workshops are centered around your organization's mission and strategic objectives.

With your substantial input, the MDC can develop a training program to introduce, upgrade or expand the professional skills of your staff. Additionally, the MDC can create a training program geared toward "train-the-trainers," which helps your organization build an internal continuous improvement infrastructure that is managed by your star employees.

Drawing upon the vast technical and award-winning distance education resources available through Fort Hays State University, the MDC can deliver online training programs to your organization. Your instructor team will ensure that the virtual classes achieve the same results as a conventional face-to-face classroom experience.
