"I wish I could find a program that I could complete during my free time."                    "I want a graduate education that I can readily apply to my workplace."                    "I want to enjoy my next degree and not feel pressured to compete with other students."                    "I don't have time to come to campus every week for classes, so my classes have to be designed for the distance learner."

How can we help?
If you have a question, problem, concern, or suggestion, what should you do?

1) If it relates to a class, contact the instructor as soon as possible. Allow the instructor 48 hours to respond – unless the semester has ended (in which case allow the instructor a week or two to respond). If the instructor doesn’t respond within that period of time, contact the MLS Program Director amorin@fhsu.edu.

2) If it relates to the MLS program, contact the Director amorin@fhsu.edu.

3) In order to get into classes, contact your faculty advisor prior to pre-registration. Pre-registration for Summer and Fall occurs at the end of March and beginning of April. Pre-registration for Spring occurs at the end of October and beginning of November. Allow two or three days for your advisor to respond. If your advisor hasn’t responded after your second message, please contact the MLS Program Director amorin@fhsu.edu.

4) Keep in contact with your faculty advisor on a regular basis. Allow your advisor two or three days to respond to a message. If you receive no reply after the second message, please contact the MLS Program Director amorin@fhsu.edu.

**"If you have a question or concern that does not seem to be addressed here at the MLS site [or "here at the MLS Solutions page"], please contact the director, Art Morin, at ............... We want to be as responsive as possible, but we can not always anticipate student questions. Your contacting us can help us serve you better as we update this site."
