Recent highlights include a 2005 appearance at the Kansas Music Educators Association Convention in Wichita and the world premiere of composer Timothy Crowley's Winter Light, commissioned by the ensemble. The band was invited to perform at the 2008 KMEA convention and can also be heard on the newest promotional recordings from TRN Music Publishers.
