IT2 Patricia Bouldin, USNR, is pictured with FHSU President Dr. Edward H. Hammond and Commander Paulette Reichert, USN, (retired) as she receives her bachelor of general studies degree with emphasis in information networking and telecommunications. Petty Officer Bouldin is the first sailor to complete a degree at FHSU under the university's agreement within the Navy College Program Distance Learning Partnership.
