Mission Statement
The
mission of the Department of Nursing is to provide high quality
liberal arts based undergraduate and graduate education utilizing
the standards of professional nursing. A major commitment of the
department focuses on using unique opportunities that may include
scholarship, service, and health care delivery. Advanced informational
technology is integral to serving the educational needs of diverse
populations in various work environments. Technology serves as a
link between the rural cultures of western Kansas and the diverse
global community.
