New Student Success Checklist
When your child was in high school, you were able to help remember deadlines, review homework and even assist with studying if needed. Now your student will be in charge of managing time, assignments, academics, and much more. Fort Hays State University has many resources to assist. NEW this fall is the "Individualized Plan of ACCESS and Success." ACCESS stands for Advising, Connections, Circle of Support, Education, and Sense of Self. All students will receive the attached plan at Orientation to help familiarize them with services that will help them succeed! Please take a moment to view the plan, and visit with your child about his or her goals for the semester.
