Indoor Poster and Handbill Policy:
Bulletin/message boards are provided in all buildings for posters
and announcements. No posters or announcements are to be posted
on doors, glass, tile or painted surfaces in any building on
campus. All posters should be removed immediately after the
advertised event or meeting has taken place or the poster's
function has been fulfilled.
Outdoor Posting Procedures:
All outdoor posting on campus must be approved by the Office
of Student Affairs. Only University departments and recognized
student organizations are allowed to post outdoors on campus.
To help with litter control, the posting of flyers under the
windshield wipers of cars on campus is not allowed. No posting
is allowed on trash cans, lampposts, building markers, bridges,
etc.
