Tail Great is an excellent opportunity for new (and returning) students to meet and socialize with the physics department faculty. This event is traditionally held on the first home football game of the year. The department provides traditional picnic fare (grilled hamburgers, brats, potato salad, etc) and we have a relaxing afternoon of food, fun, and conversation. The FHSU Physics Department encourages an open, friendly relationship with our students.
