The friendly, courteous staff at Fort Hays State University Printing Services strives to serve our customers to the best of our ability. You won't find more knowledgeable, competent and efficient people anywhere else when it comes to getting a printing or copying job done to your satisfaction. We provide a wide variety of printing and copy center services at prices that won't put a huge dent in your budget. Some of our services include Full-color Printing, Spot Color Printing, Quick Copying (black and white and color), Binding, Folding, Laminating, Scanning, Job Design, Numbering, Perforating, Booklet Stitching, Transparencies, Research Paper and Thesis Reproduction, and Complete Resume Services.

For those students with large duplicating jobs, our trained staff is always available to advise you on the best options when it comes to printing your job versus copying it.

Printing Services is in Room 108 of the Brooks Building, which is located on the far west edge of campus and houses other services, such as University Police and the Physical Plant.

ELECTRONIC FILES
We can print files created on either Macintosh or PC computers in the following programs: InDesign, Illustrator, Quark, Free Hand, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Power Point and Photoshop. If you have any questions about compatibility, do not hesitate to call. Files, including supporting graphics and fonts, must be ready to print when brought to our office. Due to the limited number of computers available in our office and the work load our staff must complete each day, we cannot allow customers the privilege of "tweaking" their files before we print them at the present time. We are planning to have a new Mac work station installed soon, which will allow students the added benefit of manipulating their files in order to get the best possible copy quality.
