Certificate Programs
Certificate programs require between 6 and 18 credit
hours and are composed of courses specific to an area of study;
all classes leading to a certificate must be taken for credit; courses
cannot be counted toward more than one certificate; students are
designated as "certificate students" when they declare
an intent to complete a certificate plan and a university application;
upon completion of certificate requirements, the program director
will authorize the issuance of a printed certificate; certificate
programs are not noted on a student's official transcript.
