Department name change: Department of Art changed to Department of Art and Design (Effective Fall 2008)
Realign three College of Education and Technology departments (Special Education, Teacher Education, and Educational Administration and Counseling) into two departments: Teacher Education and Advanced Education Programs (Effective Fall 2008)
Department name change: Department of Economics and Finance changed to Department of Economics, Finance and Accounting (Effective Fall 2009)
Department name change: Department of Information Networking and Telecommunications changed to Department of Informatics (Effective Fall 2009)
