Application for Undergraduate Degree (Associate/Bachelor)

Congratulations! You have almost completed your degree program at Fort Hays State University. If you are planning to graduate this semester, please go to Tiger Tracks (Online Services) and complete and return the Application for Undergraduate Degree with payment by the first day of classes (see University Calendar).

Graduation fee: $50 (effective Fall 2007). Please send your $50 non-refundable graduation fee payable by check, money order or credit card to Student Fiscal Services, Fort Hays State University, 600 Park Street, Hays, KS 67601-4099. Do not send cash.
