May 23 - Enrollment Deadline. Pre-enrolled classes will be dropped from the Student Schedule if enrollment is not finalized on TigerEnroll by 11:59 p.m. CT.
May 30 - Begin release of available financial assistance funds to students meeting eligibility and enrollment deadlines. Fund release dates are dependent on the selected refund option choice in the TigerEnrollment payment process. June 4 - Classes begin Final day for undergraduate student to declare an Intent to Graduate--notify Registrar's Office. Go to TigerTracks. Pre-enrollment for Fall 2012 Semester new Freshmen. June 10 - Final day for 100% refund for full-term (8-week) or arranged courses. See Fee Refund/Drop/Withdrawal Schedule for less than full-term courses. Final day to add or enroll in a full-term Virtual College course with instructor permission. See Last Day to Add Virtual Classes. June 11 - Pre-enrollment for Fall 2012 transfer students Final day for graduate students to declare Intent to Graduate--notify Graduate School
June 13 - Final day to enroll/add on-campus full-term (8-week) or on-campus arranged courses. For less than full-term (8-week) courses, see Last Day to Add a Course or Enroll. June 17 - Final day for 40% refund for full-term (8-week) or arranged courses. See Fee Refund/Drop/Withdrawal Schedule for less than full-term course. June 18 - Final date for graduate students to sign for comprehensive examinations. June 24 - Final day for 10% refund for full-term (8-week) or arranged courses. See Fee Refund/Drop/Withdrawal Schedule for less than full-term courses. Final date to withdraw full-term (8-week) or arranged courses without transcript record. June 25 - Transcript record begins for full-term (8-week) or arranged courses. COURSES ARE PERMITTED TO BE WITHDRAWN FROM JUNE 25 THROUGH JULY 1 (SEE WITHDRAWAL POLICY STATEMENT). A grade of "W" will be recorded. Fees for full-term (8-week) or arranged courses do not apply to courses added after this date. July 1 - Final day to withdraw from a course with transcript record of "W" for full-term (8-week) or arranged courses. (NO WITHDRAWAL ALLOWED AFTER THIS DATE, the end of the 4th week of classes).
July 2 - Second session (4-week) courses begin.Final day for graduate students to submit approved titles for Master's Thesis or Specialist's Field Study.
July 4 - Independence Day Holiday - University Closed
July 5 - Classes resume.July 16 - Final day for graduate students to have their comprehensive exams returned by departments to the Graduate School. July 23 - Final day for graduate students to submit approved Master's Thesis or Specialist's Field Study and Oral Examination Report July 27 - Term ends July 30 - Final grade entry deadline, NOON August 15 - Summer term undergraduate/graduate degree candidates must have all requirements for a degree completed and on record in the Registrar's Office by 4:30 pm Dates subject to change
