Heather Hall

Heather Hall, the second part of the Tiger Place complex, opened in the fall of 2013. Heather Hall offers students suite-style living with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a common living space, and a kitchenette. This new living space is available to upperclassmen as well as freshman. A new building means a new Residential Life family!

>Heather Hall was named after Jack Heather, professor of radio and television at FHSU. Heather was an essential part of establishing what is now the Informatics department. The original Heather Hall, located between Malloy Hall and Forsyth Library, was renamed as construction for the new Center for Media Studies was underway, repurposing the old Heather Hall and giving way for the new Tiger Place building to continue the name in his honor.
