Prices listed below do not include
the $35 application fee which must be submitted with the
contract. All payments are due the 15th of the month.
A $25 administrative fee is assessed each time a payment due
date has been missed until the balance has been satisfied. For more detailed information, you can also download a copy of our current contract.

Contract
period:
The standard Residence Hall Contract is for both the fall and spring semesters of any academic year. Eligible persons may request a one-semester-only contract; this request must be in writing at the time the contract is initially submitted. The halls open for the fall semester on the Thursday prior to the beginning of classes. They open for the spring semester on the Sunday prior to the beginning of classes.
Stadium Place Apartments
The Academic Year Contract period is from August 1 of the current year through May 31 of the following year. Current rates for new contracts are as follows:
Academic Year Contracts
Two Bedroom - $425 per person per month plus share of electricity $15 for water;
Four Bedroom - $400 per person per month plus share of electricity $15 for water.
Summer Contracts
Two Bedroom - $325 per person per month plus share of electricity $15 for water;
Four Bedroom - $300 per person per month plus share of electricity $15 for water.
The first month’s rent and a security deposit (one month's rent), along with a $35 application fee, must accompany each contract. The security deposit will be held through the length of the contract.
Wooster Place Apartments
One Person / Family
1 Bedroom - $480/mo plus electricity
2 Bedroom - $558/mo plus electricity
Share Apartment (Must be of same gender or immediately related.)
2 Bedroom - $408/mo/per resident plus electricity
The first month’s rent and a $200 security deposit, along with a $35 application fee, must accompany each contract. The security deposit will be held through the length of the contract.Costs are subject to change without notice by the Kansas State Board of Regents.
Wooster Place rates are set by the Kansas State Board of Regents.
Current rates are effective through July 31, 2009.
