2012-2013 Contract Costs

Rate Tables and Payment Plans
Prices listed below do not include the $35 application fee which must be submitted with the contract. All payments are due the 15th of the month. A $25 administrative fee is assessed each time a payment due date has been missed until the balance has been satisfied. Residence Halls

 Total Contract costs for both 2012 Fall and 2013 Spring Semesters:

*A limited amount of suites are available in Wiest Hall for an additional $200 per year in addition to the room rate.

An eight-payment plan also is available:
Payments are due Aug. 15, Sept. 15, Oct. 5, Nov. 15, Jan. 15, Feb. 15, March 15 and April 15.

The Academic Year Contract period is from August 1 of the current year through May 31 of the following year. Current rates for new contracts are as follows:

Two Bedroom - $542 per person per month (Includes ALL Utilities)
Four Bedroom - $492 per person per month (Includes ALL Utilities)

Summer Contracts
Two Bedroom - $542 per person per month (Includes ALL Utilities)
Four Bedroom - $492 per person per month (Includes ALL Utilities)

The first month's rent and a security deposit (one month's rent), along with a $35 application fee, must accompany each contract. The security deposit will be held through the length of the contract.

Wooster Place Apartments

One Person / Family
1 Bedroom - $500/mo (Includes ALL Utilities)

2 Bedroom - $542/mo (Includes ALL Utilities)

 2 Bedroom Shared - $442/mo (Includes ALL Utilities)

The first month's rent and a $200 security deposit, along with a $35 application fee, must accompany each contract. The security deposit will be held through the length of the contract. Costs are subject to change without notice by the Kansas State Board of Regents.

Wooster Place rates are set by the Kansas State Board of Regents. Current rates are effective through July 31, 2012.
