Realizing that
times have changed, Fort Hays State University, in concert
with Uniplace LLC, has designed style, comfort and durability
into each apartment to better accommodate today’s students.
Each occupant has his/her own bedroom and shares a bath with
only one other person. Each apartment is fully furnished, including
the living room, bedrooms, dining area and a fully accessorized
kitchen.
The University is now taking applications from those single
students, married couples, faculty and staff meeting eligibility
requirements. Stadium Place truly represents the wave of the
future for on-campus living.
Accommodations
Both
two bedroom and four bedroom apartments are available. The apartments
are designed to accommodate one person per bedroom. Assignments
are single gender by apartment and are made available on a first-come,
first-served basis.
Married couples must lease both bedrooms of a two bedroom apartment.
Two separate married couples could lease all four bedrooms of a
four bedroom apartment.
The University will attempt to match residents for an apartment;
however, students are strongly encouraged to apply for an apartment
in groups of either two or four. Preference will be given to applicants
who apply together. Students who wish to share an apartment should
apply together and indicate each other as their roommates of choice
on their applications. Each resident of Stadium Place will sign
an individual contract with Fort Hays State University.
