Business Wellness Check-Up

The FHSU Small Business Development Center is offering a business management review for companies who would like to have an objective overview of their processes, procedures, and management strategies.

The SBDC assembles a team of experienced business consultants to review the areas of:

• Financial Management
• Operations
• Marketing
• Human Resources

The review process begins with a questionnaire and request for information from your company. When the questionnaire is returned to the SBDC, a team is assembled to review the information. The team of consultants visits your company for a tour and discussion of the information provided. A report is written analyzing the management strategies and making recommendations on measures to enhance profits and performance, based on "best practices" in your industry.
