After our office has received confirmation from Mapping Your Future that the entrance counseling has been completed, a copy of the master promissory note will be mailed to you. Please sign, date, and return the master promissory note to the Student Fiscal Services Office as soon as possible.

How to Complete the Perkins On-line Exit Counseling

After our office has received confirmation from Mapping Your Future that the exit counseling has been completed, a copy of the repayment schedule will be mailed to you. Please sign and return the repayment schedule to the Student Fiscal Services Office.
