The Fourth Annual FHSU Regional Science & Engineering Fair will be held in the Memorial Union at Fort Hays State University on Saturday, March 3, 2012, 9 a.m. to approximately 2 p.m. Students grades 4-12 are eligible to enter, with awards given for top entries in each category. Winning entries will automatically qualify for the Kansas State Science & Engineering Fair. Individual projects may be entered, as well as team entries (comprised of no more than 3 students).

Mission Statement: The Kansas State Science and Engineering Fair competition will involve students in dynamic scientific investigations. The participating students will gain perspective of the world through science and will develop skills necessary to persist in today’s society.This venue provides student s with experience in critical thinking, leadership, and creative problem solving. We appreciate the involvement of students and teachers who participate in the Kansas Science & Engineering Fair. |
