| We recommend that you do the following things prior
to enrollment day OR you may bring this information to your selected
Tiger Enrollment date. |

you have not yet submitted your transcripts to the Registrar's Office,
please bring unofficial copies of transcripts so that we can advise
you appropriately. |

| Submit
your Personal
Health History form through the Student Health Center. |
| |
| Review
on-line
course offerings. |
| |
| Make
hotel
reservations if staying overnight. |
| |
| Send
in on-campus housing contract and deposit if applicable. |
| |
Apply
for Financial Aid. If you have not yet applied for Federal financial
assistance, you can
apply for aid on-line. Fort
Hays's FAFSA code number is 001915. If you have questions, contact
