Student Health Center Confidentiality

Your Student Health Center medical record is confidential.
University administrators, faculty, parents, spouses, and partners
DO NOT have access to your medical records. Medical information
is released only with written consent from the patient. The
only exception to this rule is situations where it is mandated
by law.
The FHSU Student Health Center is HIPAA compliant.
