Risk Night took place on March 13, 2004. Ten entrants competed on three boards, one of which was a Lord of the Rings board. One from each board entered the final round on the Affordable Conquest map, which is based on the Fort Hays State University campus. Each round lasted an hour and a half.

The club held the event in the Black & Gold Room of the Memorial Union.
