Friday, April 7

5:30pm - Registration and Activity
Registration will begin at 5:30pm at Frontier Park (see Directions). You may come and go as you like. Our activity for the evening will be a barbeque. Hamburgers, hotdogs, sides, water, and iced tea will be provided. Frontier Park has a frisbee golf course and volleyball court. We will also bring footballs, soccer balls, horseshoes, and washers.

Saturday, April 8

8:00am - Hang posters - Tomanek Hall
Students are invited to hang their posters in Tomanek Hall before the invited talk, between 8:00am and 8:30am. FHSU students will be on hand to assist. |
8:30am - Invited Speaker - Albertson Hall room 169

10:00am - Student/Faculty talks - Tomanek Hall
Once all abstracts are received, an exact schedule of student and faculty talks will be posted. |
noon - Lunch break
Lunch is on your own. Your registration packet will include a list of restaurants and a map of Hays. There are several restaurants near campus, and the FHSU students will be glad to help you find them. |
1:30pm - Student/Faculty talks - Tomanek Hall
Once all abstracts are received, an exact schedule of student and faculty talks will be posted. |
3:30pm - Zone meeting - Tomanek Hall
There will be a short meeting at 3:30pm. We hope to have everything wrapped up by 4:00pm. |
