Technology Leadership
Students who have successfully completed an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) can now complete the Bachelor of Science degree from Fort Hays State University. After completing a Bachelor's degree, students will not only have applied skills but also a liberal education and the leadership skills that can help them gain promotion and become managers and supervisors in the workplace.
The program includes general education courses such as Multiculturalism in the U.S. and degree courses such as Leadership and Team Dynamics. It provides necessary leadership and management skills that are essential in today's workforce.
