This student-run program is designed to match volunteers with service opportunities in the Hays area. Sponsored by the Student Government Association, the Center for Civic Leadership, and the Office of Student Affairs, Tigers in Service is a clearinghouse for students with a desire to participate in community service activities.

Best Buddies

For the final Make a Difference Day project, a group of eight FHSU students majoring in Special Education paired up with special needs children from our community. The program is designed to encourage interaction and foster relationships between the two groups of participants. Together they enjoyed a day of football action watching the Tigers beat Mesa State. Tigers In Service plans on continuing the relationships formed at this exceptional event.
