    Faculty and Staff

    • If you have an FHSU-provided laptop, you must follow these instructions to update its password:
      • Windows:
        • On campus:
          • Reboot your computer so it knows your new password.
          • If you see a message saying Windows needs your new credentials, close your programs and reboot right away to avoid temporarily losing access to network shares and other services.
        • Off campus:
          • Connect to the VPN.
          • Lock your computer (WIndows key + L)
          • Unlock your computer with your new password.
      • Mac OS: Click here.
    • If you have a mobile device connected to TigerNetFacultyStaff wireless, you must reconnect the next time you're on campus. This may require manual intervention on some devices.
      • FHSU-provided Windows laptops: your device will ask you to input your username and password. Use your TigerNetID username and new password.
      • FHSU-provided Mac laptops and desktops: you may need to follow extra steps to update your password on your Mac. Click here.
      • Android, iOS, and Windows phones and tablets: Go to the Internet Info page, click on TigerNetFacultyStaff, then "How to Disconnect from Wireless after a Password Change."
