Transfer Guides

FHSU has established the Transfer and Articulation Agreement with all Kansas Board of Regents schools to enable students to continue their education by transferring college credits. In addition, FHSU has Transfer and Articulation Agreements with many other two-year and four-year institutions throughout the U.S. and internationally.

Through these partnerships, FHSU has created Transfer Guides for many of our programs. Transfer students who are interested in a seamless transition to FHSU are encouraged to utilize the Transfer Guides listed on this page. It is imperative that students work closely with their academic advisor to ensure a smooth transfer.

Please note that program degree requirements are subject to changes on the basis of program improvement and to meet accreditation requirements. Both FHSU and our partner institutions are continually working to upgrade programs, so the posted materials should be considered as guides. It is imperative that students work closely with their academic advisor to ensure a smooth transfer. Students are required to successfully finish the curriculum listed on these guides and to meet any college, university, and/or state requirements for degree completion. If the transition to FHSU occurs before 45 hours are complete, the student may be subject to additional course requirements. Contact us for more information.
