Why do I need a University ID Card?

• Your University Card is an official photo ID; ideal for travel identification and discounts where offered.
• Your first University Card is issued for FREE. Stop by the University Card Center, in the Memorial Union to obtain your ID. There is a $10 replacement fee for any card that is lost, stolen, thrown away or mutilated. (Please notify the Card Center and/or Commerce Bank if your card is lost or stolen.)

• Stop by Commerce Bank and talk to a representative about Benefits Banking a service available to FHSU Faculty and Staff.

• As a separate feature, money can be placed on the vending account (small magnetic stripe) at cash-to-card machines, located in the Memorial Union, Forsyth Library, McMindes Hall, Wiest Hall and the Wooster Laundry Mat.
• The vending account is for on-campus vending machine purchases and photocopies.
• Money placed on the vending account is not protected in the event of loss.

• Flexi-cash is an additional service available. Stop by Chartwells Food Service in the Memorial Union and set up a Flexi-cash account, which enables you to receive a discount on purchases in the Memorial Union Cafeteria and Grab ‘Go snack area.
