When making a reservation, please inform the reservationist of the date, time, number of people attending, desired setup, and any other special needs for your program. Special needs could include: technical equipment, food, personnel, etc… The reservationist will find the most appropriate room based on your needs and will print you a confirmation if you visit in person, or email you one.
Please keep the reservationist updated with any updates or changes to ensure your program’s success.

Last minute requests might not be able to be accommodated.
There may be an overtime charge for events that go past normal building hours. All off campus groups that are not sponsored by the University or a student organization will be charged a fee. (Refer to the Facility Rental Price sheets for room fee.) All rooms are charged on an hourly basis, and there is a minimum fee.
