The Training and Development concentration prepares students for corporate training positions in business and industry. Graduates are prepared in the areas of learning management systems, training needs analysis, implementation of employee training programs, and instructional design and development - especially in the area of e-learning applications and processes including web-based learning, computer-based learning, and digital collaboration. Graduates will be trained to design and deliver programs to train all levels of personnel. The career possibilities for the Training and Development graduate include positions in training and development, human resources, and management.
