Utilizing an interactive online format, this program introduces you to the basic components of leadership thinking. The curriculum focuses on the what, how, and why of leadership. In an effort to provide you a comprehensive experience, the Department of Leadership Studies has incorporated an online learning environment that includes both course activities and practical field experience. This combination of theory and practice allows you to reflect and then act upon what you have learned about effective leadership behavior.
