Certificate in Management
Because many of us find ourselves working in a modern business environment, a 12-hour Management certificate is a perfect complement to virtually any program of study. Comprised of an introductory course plus three other courses that you select, the management certificate can be customized to meet the needs of the sector in which you work or plan to work. You will receive a broad perspective on the organization and its operations, and this knowledge may help open doors to middle- or upper-level management positions.
All courses applied toward the certificate must be taken for credit.
Courses cannot be counted toward more than one certificate; students are designated as "certificate students" when they declare an intent to complete a certificate plan (e.g., Management) and a university application; upon completion of certificate requirements, the program director will authorize the issuance of a printed certificate.
