Certificate in Human Resource Management

Remaining competitive in today's constantly changing business environment requires an understanding that people are a company's greatest asset, and managers must take proactive steps to keep employees satisfied and motivated. Today's human resource management (HRM) professional has to have in-depth knowledge about a variety of topics. Whether you pursue a certificate in Human Resource Management to complement a degree program or to obtain knowledge and skills while in your current position, the certificate will equip you with tools and training you need to maximize the potential of your organization’s workforce.

All courses applied toward the certificate must be taken for credit.
Courses cannot be counted toward more than one certificate; students are designated as "certificate students" when they declare an intent to complete a certificate plan (e.g., Management) and a university application; upon completion of certificate requirements, the program director will authorize the issuance of a printed certificate.
