Assessment, evaluation, and statistics are used all the time in athletics and are a readily accepted part of the game. Yet to many of us, the "a" word is boring, underutilized, unnecessary, difficult, or something we HAVE to do. While program evaluation is on piece of the puzzle, there are many more "game stats" we could be gathering - and utilizing. In this interactive session we will explore the "whys" of assessment, discover what you're already doing, make assessment meaningful, and demystify the assessment process. let's just do it!
