Alex Heisler is an INT-Networking major who has played the cello since 6th
grade. Alex began working with WKSA in order to help students who were
learning their first instruments. He has studied with cello professors at
all the major universities in Kansas, and in 2005, Alex was named principle
chair for cello at the Western Kansas Orchestra Festival. Although Alex has
experience working with beginning orchestra students, he claims that the
rock class is his favorite to teach so far.
