Download program from
http://www.dyknow.com/download/

You need: DyKnow Client 5
Click on "Download DyKnow Client"

At one point during installation you will be asked for DyKnow Server name or IP address. Enter: dyknow.fhsu.edu

If you do not do that during installation process, once you install the program go to:
Options > Communication settings > Server name or IP address
Type: dyknow.fhsu.edu

IMPORTANT current info for FHSU users: When you currently log in DyKnow, there will be a pop-up window showing the following message: "The server you are connected to is operating with an invalid or expired license key. Please contact your system administrator." Just click OK and you can access DyKnow. This pop-up window will disappear until DyKnow company receives FHSU's payment to renew the licenses which is in process.
