Overview

Leadership transforms individuals and organizations by focusing on the 4 C's - Change, Communication, Customer Service, and Collaboration. This workshop will provide you the knowledge and tools needed to facilitate and manage change within your organization through the use of communication, customer service, and collaboration. You will have the opportunity to practice a number of the techniques learned during the session that will develop you as a leader within your organization.

 

Target Audience


This workshop is ideal for anyone currently managing or leading people within the workplace. This is also an excellent workshop for those transitioning into middle-management roles such as team leaders or supervisors.
