Activating Change

Overview:
This workshop identifies the most critical practices for activating change required in organizations. Participants will learn how to assess their individual change capability and how to best leverage their personal strengths to navigate change. This high energy, interactive workshop is tailored to meet the needs of individuals at all levels of the organization including front line employees, lead and first-level supervisors, and top management members. Participants will leave this workshop with user-friendly methods to successfully manage change and be better prepared to help their organization succeed long-term by gaining the confidence and the flexibility to respond to constant change.
