This workshop is designed to increase your understanding of the four dimensions of emotional intelligence, various models of innate personality styles, and five conflict styles. You will learn how those intersect with your ability to effectively lead. Come prepared to be highly engaged and interactive. You will discover useful information about yourself and others and will even learn what others REALLY think of you. Discover how to maximize your leadership capacities in any organizational setting.
Learning Outcomes
- Explore and understand a variety of personality style models, theories and applications and how these impact workplace dynamics
- Participate in self-assessments of innate temperament and conflict resolution style
- Learn about the four components of emotional intelligence, including how to create better relationships with co-workers, subordinates, and superiors
- Explore how to increase collaboration and team leadership skills in their organizational setting
- Develop a personal action plan for relationship management and leadership development in their workplace
