Overview
Are you interested in why people can attend or experience the same event but describe it very differently? Why can some people be so impacted by something that seemed only trivial to another? Do you want to gain valuable perspectives that you may not have considered before? If so, this workshop is for you! This workshop is designed to increase your understanding of the four dimensions of the “diversity wheel” and how personality is at the very core of understanding yourself and others and in developing powerful EQ (emotional intelligence). You will discover useful information about yourself and others and will even learn what others REALLY think of you. Discover how to maximize your self-awareness and awareness of others in both personal and professional settings.
Learning Outcomes
- Explore and understand the four dimensions of the diversity wheel and the importance of perspective and situational context.
- Explore and understand a variety of personality style models, theories and applications and how these impact personal and professional relationships
- Participate in self-assessments of innate temperament
- Learn about the four components of emotional intelligence, including how to create better relationships in your personal and professional life.
- Develop a personal action plan for relationship management and leadership development.
