Supervisory Leadership Program
Supervisory Leadership Program
This program is designed for working professionals that are seeking to quickly develop relevant leadership skills to use in their organizations. This three-course program will cover relevant leadership theory, provide skills training on how to execute the leadership process, and educate participants on how to be skillful in teams and small group environments.
This program coursework is available fully online, in an asynchronous format, so participants can fit the courses in around their busy schedules. Students will take the first two courses simultaneously in an 8-week format, and then take the third course during the second 8 weeks.
Once students complete the Supervisory Leadership program, they will receive a certificate of completion that is an excellent supplement to their resume and professional profile. The courses are all credit-bearing, and are transcripted by FHSU, making them useful for future degree completion or transfer.
