Supervisory Leadership Program
Supervisory Leadership Program
This program is designed for working professionals seeking to develop relevant leadership skills for their organizations quickly. This three-course program will cover relevant leadership theory, provide skills training on executing the leadership process, and educate participants on how to be skillful in teams and small group environments.
This program coursework is available online in an asynchronous format so that participants can fit the courses around their busy schedules. All classes are offered in 8-week and 16-week formats.
Once students complete the Supervisory Leadership program, they can request a certificate of completion that is an excellent supplement to their resume and professional profile. The courses are all credit-bearing and are transcripted by FHSU, making them useful for future degree completion or transfer.
