Meet the October 2017 Students of the Month

On-Campus Student: Bradley DeMers

Bradley is a freshman from Osceola, Nebraska. He is majoring in Organizational Leadership and working towards a minor in Sports Management. Bradley is currently involved in Victor E Village Hall Council, Young Democrats, Student Government Association, and the Leadership Department's learning community, Live. Learn. Lead. Outside of school, Bradley likes to hang out with friends and watch college football. He got involved with Leadership Studies because he was curious about leadership and how it operates. In his high school, he was the student body resident who led him to become interested in how leadership applies around the world. His favorite leadership class so far has been LDRS 300, Introduction to Leadership Concepts because his teacher, Justin, has done a phenomenal job of teaching his class information about leadership and the styles included in it. Bradley says Justin has also let students apply their knowledge which has been beneficial to everyone. Bradley says "I'm very excited to continue taking classes through the department because of my positive experiences and the relationships I've gained through my Leadership course."
