Search Books & More to find books & e-books, print & e-journals, DVDs, CDs, government documents, & more.

What am I Searching?

  • Full-text articles from more than 80,000 journals. For more article content, see Articles and Databases.
  • Everything from the Forsyth Library Catalog: books, ebooks, videos, FHSU theses, and more.

Advanced Search

If you wish to request an article or book for short-term research purposes, please submit a request through Forsyth Library's Interlibrary Loan service.

If you wish to request purchase of a permanent resource for the library's collection such as a book or a dvd, please use the form linked below. In an effort to provide equal access to all FHSU faculty and students, electronic books will be acquired whenever available. Please indicate in the Comments area if you believe a print copy to be of more benefit. You may also use this form to suggest acquisition of strategic resources with ongoing costs such as new journals or research databases. New resources generally require additional funds and will be analyzed for inclusion in new budget requests in accordance with fiscal year planning.

The library does not purchase student textbooks. If you are interested in locating library resources such as articles, reading, or media to supplement and support your course, please contact your library liaison. For general questions about other library purchases or acquisitions, please contact, Mary Radnor Acquisitions & Collection Services Librarian or Jennifer Sauer, Electronic Resources Librarian.
