FHSU hires new assistant vice president for student affairs

HAYS, Kan. -- Dr. Teresa Clounch will start work as the new assistant vice president for student affairs and student life at Fort Hays State University on Monday, July 3.

"I am honored to step into the role and begin working with the student affairs leadership team," said Clounch. "I believe this is the right place for me. The staff is student centered and concerned with the development of all students."

"Dr. Keegan Nichols has done an amazing job with the team, and I look forward to what the future holds," she said.

Clounch also praised FHSU for its efforts in diversity and inclusiveness.

"I am excited that FHSU has made a commitment to diversity and inclusion," said Clounch. "FHSU is committed to making sure our diverse students are given the best co-curricular and academic experience possible."
